Crypto payments

For payments made in cryptocurrency, approved refunds are returned in the same cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide. Because crypto exchange rates fluctuate, the refunded amount equals the original amount in the paid cryptocurrency; network fees may be deducted.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. You can stop future renewals at any time; your access remains until the end of the current paid period.
