Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VPN Agent service, website, and applications (collectively, the “Service”) operated by VPN Agent (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
VPN Agent provides a virtual private network (VPN) service built on the WireGuard® protocol that encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through our servers. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions & payment
Access requires an active subscription. Plans and prices are shown on our website and are billed per period. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; by subscribing you authorize the applicable charge. A subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break any applicable law or regulation;
- send spam, malware, or conduct network attacks;
- infringe intellectual-property rights or distribute illegal content;
- attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
5. Service availability
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding three months.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
